Nature of the service
Hoshiyomi provides symbolic chart calculations and generated interpretations for reflection and entertainment. Paid reports are AI-generated from the supplied chart under the supervision of a human divination expert; they are not individually handwritten by that expert.
No professional advice or guarantee
The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated advice. It does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, compatibility, health, wealth, marriage, or future events. Use qualified professionals for material decisions.
Accounts and input
You are responsible for information entered under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Do not enter another person's birth information without an appropriate right or permission.
Paid report
The price and currency are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Generation normally takes 1-2 hours but may take longer after provider or service interruptions. The report is delivered in the account and, if configured, by an email-ready notice.
No voluntary refunds
Because personalized generation starts after confirmed payment, there is no voluntary refund after generation begins. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies when the paid report is not delivered or is materially defective.
Availability and changes
We may pause features to protect users, data, or service reliability. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be dated on this page.
